MLS Compliance Statement

Effective January 1, 2026

Our Position

Listing Elevated produces conceptual visualizations of real properties — vacant land, teardowns, pre-construction sites, and developer projects. Every deliverable is a depiction of potential, not a representation of as-built conditions. We design our process so that this distinction is unambiguous to every viewer.

Standard Disclosures

Each rendering and film carries a visible disclosure appropriate to the use case, including but not limited to:

  • Artist's rendering. Conceptual visualization. Not an as-built representation.
  • Pre-construction visualization. Subject to permitting, zoning, and final design approval.
  • Lifestyle imagery. Furnishings, staging, and people are conceptual and not included with the property.

Regional Presets

When you set your MLS region during onboarding, we apply the disclosure standards required by that board. We currently support presets for NWMLS, CRMLS, Bright MLS, Stellar MLS, REBNY, and most major US MLS organizations. Clients in regions without a built-in preset receive our most conservative default standard.

Agent Responsibility

You remain the licensed party responsible for how each deliverable is used. We strongly recommend reviewing the disclosure language on every rendering before publishing to your MLS, and consulting your broker or board if any specific listing presents an unusual compliance question.

Concerns or Corrections

If a rendering or film has been used in a way that misrepresents a property, or if you receive a complaint from your MLS regarding our deliverables, contact info@listingelevated.com immediately. We will work with you and the MLS to resolve any issue.

This statement reflects our internal standards and does not constitute legal advice. MLS rules vary by jurisdiction and change over time. Please verify current requirements with your broker and MLS board.
