Terms of Service

Listing Elevated provides photoreal renderings, cinematic films, and shareable listing pages for licensed real estate professionals. Subscription tiers and monthly allowances are described on our pricing page and confirmed at checkout.

You represent that you have the right to submit each property — including authorization from the seller and any required brokerage approvals — and to authorize us to produce derivative creative works for marketing purposes.

You retain ownership of source materials you upload. We grant you a perpetual, royalty-free license to use deliverables for marketing the specific property they were created for. We retain rights to use the deliverables in our own portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All renderings include MLS-compliant disclosure language ("Artist's rendering," "Conceptual visualization," etc.) appropriate to the use case and your selected MLS region. You remain responsible for following local advertising and disclosure rules.

Standard turnaround is 7 business days for renders and 10 business days for films. Each submission includes one round of revisions. Rush turnaround is available where indicated and may incur additional fees.

Subscriptions renew monthly. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Unused monthly allowances do not carry over.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
