1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: name, email, phone, brokerage affiliation, MLS region, and the property and submission details required to produce your renders, films, and listing pages. We also receive operational metadata from your use of the platform — submissions, deliverables, and activity timestamps.
2. How We Use Information
Your information is used solely to deliver the service: producing creative deliverables for the listings you submit, communicating with you about production status, and maintaining your account. Aggregated usage analytics help us improve the studio. We do not sell personal information.
3. Listing Page Visitors
Public listing pages we host on your behalf collect minimal visitor analytics — page views, film engagement, and lead form submissions — so you can measure listing performance. Visitor IP addresses are hashed before storage. Lead capture data is forwarded to you and never sold.
4. Sharing
We share information with infrastructure providers (hosting, storage, payments) under contractual confidentiality. We do not share submission content with third parties for marketing.
5. Retention
Account and submission records are retained for the life of your subscription plus seven years for tax and compliance purposes. Lead capture data is retained for two years unless you request deletion sooner.
6. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing privacy@listingelevated.com. California, EU, and UK residents have additional rights under applicable law.
